Cancellation Policy
CANCELATION POLICY. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the will incur a 75% cancellation fee. Sessions cancelled within 72 hours of the will incur a 50% cancellation fee. NO SHOW POLICY Any client of that fails to honour their reservation for their session by not showing up, for any reason, must pay any costs incurred by Tony & Louise Ltd. in addition to that day’s session fee. Tony & Louise Ltd. maintain the right to be flexible on the terms and implementations of these policies.
